We want you to love your new scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all orders, including opened bottles. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match for you, we provide a full refund and donate returned items to charity.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Scents

  Securely place the perfume bottles in their original box or any sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the carrier; once scanned, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
